 also create folds.
 
 Paragraphs on the same level
 do not swallow empty lines.

 Single line paragraphs do not create folds, neither right after markers...
 
 ...nor on their own.
 
 But lines below with more indentation are counted as part of the same fold...
 
   ...while still being able to create
     folds
   of their own.

 Wider markers create higher fold levels.

   Indentation does not affect marker fold levels.
 
   Marker folds of the same level swallow empty lines...
